Talks with Iran over expelled diplomat
Berlin hopes to hold talks with Tehran following the expulsion of a German diplomat from Iran.

Berlin (dpa) - A German spokeswoman declined to give any details of the expulsion or to say when the talks might be held.
German officials have, however, said that the diplomat has left Iran. The name of the diplomat has also not been given.
An Iranian confirmed on Sunday that a German diplomat had been expelled for what Tehran described as "undiplomatic activities."
Officials in Tehran have also declined to comment in any detail on the case which follows the expulsion of an Iranian diplomat from Germany in July last year.
According to a report published in December in Germany's monthly, "Der Spiegel", this followed claims that the Iranian diplomat had attempted to procure components for his country's controversial uranium enrichment programme.
The diplomat, an attache at Iran's embassy in Berlin, was reported to have been in contact with a specialist firm in the southern German state of Bavaria.
Western nations have been calling on Iran to halt uranium enrichment, which they fear could lead to it making atomic weapons. Tehran says its nuclear programme is for peaceful purposes.
