Prince Charles conveys medals on British troops

27 June 2005, MUENSTER - Britain's Prince Charles was in Germany on Monday to meet members of the Royal Dragoon Guards who have recently returned from Iraq. Charles, who has been colonel-in-chief of the regiment since 1992, also presented a number of soldiers with campaign medals during the ceremonies in Muenster. The Royal Dragoon Guards were recently deployed near the southern Iraqi city of Basra as part of the British Army's Operation Telic.
