HAMBURG - Many men say they drive more carefully if they have a woman as a passenger sitting next to them, while most women say they don't change their driving style with a man as a passenger, the German automotive magazine "Men's Car" reported.

In a survey of 500 men and women drivers in Germany, the magazine said that 65 percent of men said they change their driving style with a woman in the seat next to them, with 44 percent reporting that they even try to drive more safely.

But 12 percent of men, on the other hand, said a woman as a passenger prompts them to drive more aggressively.

Women tend not to be influenced as much, Men's Car reported: 71 percent of women said they don't change their driving style if a man is the passenger.
