21 November 2007, Berlin (dpa) - Armed police overpowered a man in Berlin's main railway station Wednesday after he had held a male restaurant worker at knifepoint for two hours. Witnesses said no one was hurt as the offender was captured in a small cafe inside the station, which integrates a shopping mall and offices with a two-level railway junction. Only a small part of the station was cordoned off, and rail traffic continued.
