11 October 2004 , AMBERG - A 22-year-old man killed a gunshop owner with a machete in the southern German city of Amberg on Monday while in a rage over an argument in another shop, police reported. The suspect was apprehended soon afterwards, which left officials puzzled about what triggered the incident in the town some 50 kilometres east of the city of Nuremberg. Police said the man had apparently had an argument in one shop, and then raced across the street and attacked and killed the owner of a gunshop

Police said the man had apparently had an argument in one shop, and then raced across the street and attacked and killed the owner of a gunshop with a machete. Further details were not immediately known.
