German security level unchanged after shooting: minister

Germany's interior minister said Thursday he saw no need at present to boost security measures after two US airmen were shot dead at Frankfurt airport by a suspected Islamist.

"Investigations have produced so far no leads that would necessitate ordering a boost of police presence across the whole country," Hans-Peter Friedrich told reporters a day after Wednesday's shooting.
