Hamburg (dpa) - A 49-year-old woman who won one third of Germany's richest-ever lottery jackpot toasted her win with a glass of water and said Friday she would continue to shop around for the cheapest of everything.

She had received her ticket in the Lotto game free as a reader promotion for the mass-circulation newspaper Bild.

"We'll buy a new car, so that we have airbags, and we'll rip down our old house and build a new one here with a terrace at the back," she told Bild. But she and her husband would stick to their frugal habits.

"We've always been bargain hunters and we'll stay bargain- hunters," she said, two days after she and two other entrants jointly won 45.3 million euros ($67 million) in the game.

State lottery officials in Thuringia state said two regular punters had jointly placed another winning entry, but had requested confidentiality. Tipp24.de, a lottery website, said the third winner was a longtime online player whose address was not yet known.
