11 November 2005, KAISERSLAUTERN - Two German third division players have been sacked by their club after admitting to smoking cannabis, the club announced on Friday.

KAISERSLAUTERN - Two German third division players have been sacked by their club after admitting to smoking cannabis, the club announced on Friday.

Dominick Kumbela (21) and Jose da Veiga Sebastiao (22), who played for the reserve side of Kaiserslautern in Germany's third division, admitted to club officials that they smoked cannabis.

A club official said that the club had - irrespective of any other punishment by the state or the football association - immediately decided to sack the two players. They had also informed the German football association of the matter.
