Egypt delay risks 'unwelcome' government: Britain

British Prime Minister David Cameron warned on Saturday that the longer a power transition in Egypt takes, the greater the risk of a government "that we wouldn't welcome."

"To those who say what we need is to stick with the regime because that is stability, I mean there is no stablity in Egypt today. We need change and reform and transition to get greater stability," Cameron said.

"I fear the longer that is put off, the more those who would create an Egypt that we wouldn't welcome ... would be strengthened," he told the Munich Security Conference in Germany.
