ECB slashes eurozone growth forecast for 2012
The European Central Bank on Thursday slashed its projection for eurozone growth next year in its latest staff forecasts for inflation and growth in the 17 countries that share the single currency.
The following is a table of all of the ECB's projections, which it releases each quarter. The figures are expressed as percentage changes, and all are positive unless indicated otherwise.
The mid-point value of a forecast range is used in AFP stories to clarify the bank's estimates and the previous forecast from September is in parenthesis. It is the first time that the ECB has published forecasts for 2013.
