8 November 2007, Lichtenfels - A bull killed a farmer who was taking it to the slaughterhouse on Thursday, police in the southern German state of Bavaria said.

Lichtenfels - A bull killed a farmer who was taking it to the slaughterhouse on Thursday, police in the southern German state of Bavaria said.

The bull crushed its 54-year-old owner against a concrete wall as he was trying to shove it into an animal transporter.

The driver tried to help the farmer but was forced to run for safety when the animal turned its attention on him, police said.
