17 March 2004 , SCHWABMUNCHEN - Schoolgirls with bare midriffs and short skirts will be ordered to don knee-length T-shirts, a high school headmaster in Bavaria has announced. Calling exposed navels and female thighs a distraction to adolescent schoolboys, the head of the school in the Alpine town of Schwabmunchen said the oversize T-shirts will be issued to any offender.
