23 August 2004 , ATHENS - The world governing equestrian body FEI plans to call on the International Olympic Committee to give Germany two gold medals after all in connection with their fate in the Olympic three day event, it emerged on Monday. The German team and their individual event winner Bettina Hoy were stripped of the gold when the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled on Saturday that an FEI appeal court had no right to nullify a time penalty against Hoy imposed by the event's ground jury.
