That's what Dutch filmmaker Vik Franke asks in his soon-to-be-released documentary On Killing.The story revolves around Matt and Jack, who Mr Franke met while embedded with Dutch commandos on the hunt for Taliban fighters in Afghanistan. The film gives a unique view into the lives of the men who carry out America's most dangerous military operations.
