The current economic situation will most likely have influenced your expat policy. Learn about the latest changes in Dutch regulations for expats and inpats in labour law, work and residence permits, tax regulations and pensions in Nyenrode, the Netherlands, on 22 June.

Do you employ foreign workers – whether permanent or temporary? Are you responsible for Dutch employees who are working abroad? Do you view fiscal and legal issues regarding expatriates as complicated and time-consuming?

As you probably know, not handling these issues properly can be a costly affair and are a significant risk for employers.

To help you address tricky questions, such as where to pay your taxes and premiums, when the 30 percent ruling applies, which rules apply when expats needs to be fired, and to keep up-to-date on the new labour law and fiscal obligations Lexlumen, in cooperation with Expatica, is organising a one-day Masterclass on 22 June 2009 at Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen.

Five expert speakers (Deloitte, KPMG Meijburg, IND, Loyens & Loeff and UWV) will discuss the latest changes in Dutch regulations for expats and inpats and give you practical tips on:
•    Obtaining visas/ permits from the IND and UWV
•    Social security
•    Labour law
•    Fiscal regulations
•    Pensions
