Sir,
I was married in Germany; and had an International Marriage Certificate; I filed for divorce in the USA in 1999 and became final that same year. I just found out my ex-wife never processed the paperwork in Germany. Can she come after me for any type of monetary support? What would be her benefit for legally having that she was married in Germany? Thank you Sir,
Juan

Hello Alexander,

I'm an Indian SW Engineer working on a delegation for a German company in Erlangen, Germany. I have a residence permit "Aufenthaltserlaubnis" till 2014 and my wife is with me with a dependent residence permit till 2014.
Now I'm offered a local job contract in the same company and need to apply for a new work and residence permit. My question is that should my wife also need to apply for a new residence permit?

Thanks,
Rajan

I received an offer from a German Multinational company, they want me to relocate to Germany for 2 years. They will be supporting for my family relocation as well, I don't know whether they will be supporting for my mother.
My mother is widow and is dependent on me, will it be possible for me to take her alongwith me?

Hello,
I am an America currently working in Germany, I applied for my visa within my 90 day tourist visa. I have now been here 106 days. I would like to quit, and go back to the U.S this week. But my visa will take another month to process. I plan on returning to Germany in the future. If I don't wait to get my visa. Will I have problems upon re-entry to Germany for staying over the limit on my last visit? Where can I find information about this?
Thank you,
Co
