Swiss solar plane makes history with night flight

Andr Borschberg, pilot and co-founder of the SolarImpulse project, successfully lands an experimental solar-powered plane at an airport in Payerne, Vaud following a 26-hour flight through the night, marking a crucial milestone in the Swiss teams goal to circle the world in a similar aircraft. When you took off it was another era, project leader Bertrand Piccard tells Borschberg after the historic flight.
