Neuchtel absinthe singled out as world's best

Yves Kbler, the fifth-generation member of a distilling family in canton Neuchtel, is credited with helping legalize absinthe in Switzerland four years ago. Now his brand of the high-octane spirit, banned for almost a century in this country where it was invented, is judged the best in the world by a top US newspaper that honours other Swiss producers, including one that teamed up with gothic rock star Marilyn Manson.
