Neuchtel Junior College seeks aid from alumni

Faced with a major expense to finance an expansion, Neuchtel Junior College is taking an approach familiar to North American institutions by seeking support from former students. Head of the finishing school, Bill Boyer, is confident a good chunk of the necessary 1.6 million francs will be raised through the 4,000-strong alumni association, most of whom are Canadians, a market the college has served since 1956.
