Market volatility prompts bout of finger pointing

Wild stock market swings are not the fault of risky trading and short termism from market makers, says a Swiss investor, who points the finger for the current turmoil at government failure and even at the voters electing of politicians who make bad public spending decisions. A leading European policy expert disagrees, saying markets are driven by bad decision making by inexperienced traders.
