Michelle is a life long foodie.  Growing up with a dad who trained as a baker and pastry chef, and a Mum who cooked all the meals at home from scratch, food has always been more than just fuel to Michelle.  Qualifying as a chef at Ashburton Cookery School in Devon, U.K. and then completing her apprenticeship with a placement in the Claridge's hotel kitchen's in London, Michelle then started Chefinity.

Some of us are dieting, and some of us are just ‘keeping an eye on things'. Whichever you are, with many of the large diet firms now also advocating low carbohydrate solutions it seems to be one useful weight management tool we can add to our armoury.  Armed with some new information and recipes, you will have a greater range of options available to you, to decide how and what you eat, and what you think might be right for your body and lifestyle.

On this course we shall explore the idea behind low carbohydrate diets, why they have suddenly become so popular, discuss some pros and cons, and ultimately make some delicious low carbohydrate meals for you to take home that evening.
