Laughing Lemon Food & Wine is a Zürich-based private company offering educational courses in food and wine, creative catering services for home or business, small group events, recipe development and private home dinners. They are also active in writing about food and wine.
Jack has spent a number of years working in gourmet restaurants in Northern Italy, Switzerland, and France. He has a culinary degree from the New England Culinary Institute in the USA, a master’s certificate from the Italian-based International Culinary Institute located in Costigliole D’Asti, a certificate in chocolate decorations and tempering from Felchlin Chocolates in Schwyz Switzerland, and a certificate in fine confections from Fabilo International in Rickenbach Switzerland.
On this Curious Course, Jack will uncover the world of Swiss chocolate in this interesting…and tasty event. He will use his experience and education with Swiss chocolates to go through the necessary basics, guide a tasting of different chocolates, talk about the important people behind Swiss chocolate and offer up some scrumptious praline creations.
