Concerns rise over Colonel Spicers 'private army'

The national debate grows regarding the creation of a new Swiss company by global security firm Aegis, run by one of the most famous figures in the private military sector, Colonel Tim Spicer. The UK firm, which employs 20,000 soldiers around the world, acknowledges it has set up headquarters in Basel for accounting reasons, but declines to say whether the notorious British colonel will become a full-time expat there.
