The newest planned entry on the Swiss stock exchange is a private company, based in Zurich, that is solely dedicated to developing and marketing real estate developments for the wealthy. Peach Property, controlled by entrepreneur Thomas Wolfensberger and his family, plans to take the firm public with an offering pitched to investors that claims the luxury property market is immune to hard times.
