22/03/2011Language Camps and Adventure in Switzerland for Kids & Teens from 7 to 17 years (sponsored contribution)

Language Camps and Adventure in Switzerland for Kids & Teens from 7 to 17 years (sponsored contribution) Parents and kids planning a meaningful activity for the summer and autumn holidays have the choice between 26 different fun and sportive language camps.

It is with great pleasure that we present our Kids & Teens program together with new activities and beautiful locations in Switzerland. Over the past 12 years Berlitz has had the privilege of serving a continuously growing number of satisfied parents, children and their friends. From year to year our camps become more and more international as kids not only from Switzerland join the camps but also from Russia, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, and Austria. The international mix of kids creates an atmosphere in which children are motivated to practice English, French or German even outside of the classroom or during organized activities in order to communicate with other children at camp.

Berlitz Kids' Camps

Lessons take place every morning in small groups. They are lively and interactive, involving many games and unconventional learning activities which create a fun learning environment that is different from the usual lessons the children take in school. Our team of specially trained instructors communicates with the children solely in the foreign language, constantly motivating them to use their language skills and also makes sure that our camp’s language learning motto “learning by speaking” is applied every day.

In the afternoons, camp participants can choose between a diverse selection of age-appropriate workshops and a wide range of sport activities, such as golf, canoeing, sailing, surfing, tennis, horseback riding, archery, rope course and more. All activities are mainly held in the target language.

Every evening, all participants come together for an evening group activity. Some of these take place indoors and there are also more physical outdoor activities.

Together the children laugh, play, learn and create. The experiences, new knowledge and friendships gained at camp will surely remain in the memories of the children for many years to come.
