Françoise Ledune, the bus company’s spokeswoman, says that the MIVB has distanced itself from such protests and has taken action: "Everybody has a right to an opinion, but this should not be expressed when you are wearing an MIVB uniform or are at the wheel of one of our vehicles. It’s against our code of conduct and we’ve sent staff an urgent reminder".
