BRUSSELS — The 13th Welcome Fair for new arrivals in Belgium will be held in Brussels this weekend.
The aim of the fair is to introduce newcomers to life in Brussels and assist them to settle into Belgium as quickly as possible.
Information on schools, banks, removal firms, language courses, public transport, insurance, telecoms, furniture shops, etc will be available.
Live performances will also be on offer, ranging from gospel singers to ballet dancers, a hip hop band, fitness clubs and theatre groups.
"The Welcome Fair is the unique meeting place of the international community and the goods and services that make life in Belgium an enjoyable experience," organisers said.
The Welcome Fair is staged by the magazine 'The Bulletin', a weekly English-language magazine for expats in Belgium.
It will be held at the Autoworld Museum in Jubel Park / Cinquantenaire on Saturday and Sunday.
