BRUSSELS - Belgian doctors are examining seven suspected cases of the deadly swine flu, medical authorities said, while stressing that there were no confirmed cases in the kingdom.

All the patients under surveillance had recently returned from trips to Mexico or the United States, where most of the cases of the virus have been found, said government virologist Marc van Ranst.
