Kid Cool files complaint against suspended Belgian judge De Tandt
Patrick Abraham, the former owner of brands Kid Cool and Cool Island, has filed a complaint against the currently suspended president of the tribunal of commerce.
The complaint condemns Francine De Tandt for forgery, forged documents and corruption. De Tandt was vice president of the commerce tribunal in Brussels at the time when Kid Cool when bankrupt.
Patrick Abraham decided to put this complaint into the hands of the public prosecutor in the light of recent public evidence, which accuses De Tandt of corruption in court proceedings.
Francine De Tandt is still suspended and pending investigation for allegations made against her in August.
