For the past four years, I have taught a wide range of cooking classes - for individuals, couples, corporate groups, expatriate clubs, and kids that have received enthusiastic responses from students of all ages and cooks of all skills.
Emphasis is always on useful kitchen secrets and cooking tips, and the joy of fine and fuss-free cuisine!
During three hours of hands-on learning and tasting, the team is guided step-by-step through the preparation of a 3-course meal.
