GHENT – De Post wants to apologise to Ghent residents who were inconvenienced by the postal strike last month. Next week all residents of Ghent will receive a letter of apology and free postage stamps.

The Ghent postal workers went on strike for more than two weeks last month in protest of the excessive work load. This caused chaos for individuals and businesses.
