Moving to Belgium and interested to hear what other expats think of life in Belgium? Living in Belgium already and interested in voicing your opinion? Our Expat Voices series gives the international community a chance to share their perspectives on life in Belgium. We now have six different Expat Voices questionnaire categories: Expat Voices, Expat Writer, Expat Entrepreneur, Expat Artist, Student Voices, and Expat Story. Want to be published? Fill one out! Fill one out!
Expat Voices
Our original Expat Voices questionnaire invites you to share your initial experience of living in Belgium. We ask about shopping, food, language, culture and what you like most and least about living in Belgium. Read, for example, Jodi Everding's questionnaire where she argues that there isn't a bad place to eat in this country (well almost) and explains why she is a big fan of shopping in Antwerp. Or read James Drew's hilarious responses where he claims that living in Belgium "knocks living in England (well, living in London) into a cocked hat, as far as [he is] concerned."
Expat Entrepreneur
Our Expat Entrepreneurs questionnaire invites entrepreneurs in Belgium to share their experiences of setting up and running their businesses abroad. Check out entrepreneur lonka Slechte's description of how she used the service experience gained in the United States in her dealing with clients in Belgium.
The encouragement and tips offered by the entrepreneurs participating in this series makes these interviews an invaluable read for those contemplating starting a business in Belgium.

Expat Writer
Expat Writer questionnaires are for published journalists and authors (online and print) with established success as writers in Belgium. Read how Nick Snelling advises budding writers to get involved with the internet as it allows them to go far beyond conventional publishing.
Expat Artist
How has living abroad influenced your work as an artist? Our Expat Artist questionnaire finds out more about your life as an international artist in Belgium and asks about your creative work, how you experience the local artistic community and the kinds of financial support which are available to artists working in Belgium. Read how Brussels-based cartoonist/caricaturist Ian Elders finds that moving abroad has broadened his artistic horizons, or how artist Viktorija Proskurovska takes inspiration from Belgian painter Leon Spilliaert and likes to convey what has been "unsaid".
