11/06/2010Exhibition: You are not here

Exhibition: You are not here The English-speaking photographic club Viewfinders invites you to travel the world without leaving Brussels...

You are not in India. You are not in England, and you are not in Mexico. You are not in the mountains of Norway or the endless African Savannah, or the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. You are here in the heart of Brussels, and yet You are not here.

The members of Viewfinders, the English speaking photography club of Brussels, invite you on a photographic journey around the world, without the long haul flights or airport queues.

The images transport you all over the globe, to discover the sights and peoples of places near and far. Start your trip at the Halles Saint-Géry in Brussels and be carried away to far flung destinations, before returning safely home.

Viewfinders is the only English-speaking photography club in the Brussels area. Formed over 15 years ago by a group of enthusiastic amateur photographers, the club now has about 100 members covering more than a dozen nationalities.

Viewfinders is a lively community united by a passion for the image, and photographers of all levels from complete beginner to keen hobbyist and (semi) professionals are welcome to join the club.

We also have an exhibition micro site with a virtual tour...
