European Union web resources The European Union provides information for citizens of all ages living in or travelling between its member states. Here is a quick guide to what's available and where to go for it.

Europa  is the European Union's portal site, available in 23 languages, with up-to-date coverage of EU affairs and essential information on European integration. Users can consult all current EU legislation (or that under discussion) and find out about the policies administered by the EU under the powers devolved to it by the Treaties. The portal also provides access to the websites of each of the EU institutions and to areas of the site with information on particular subjects.
  • Europa : Main EU portal.
  • Your Europe : Information and advice on your rights and opportunities in the European Union.
  • Europe Direct : Contact options for information on EU matters.
  • EURES : European Job Mobility portal for information on jobs and learning opportunities throughout Europe, including job vacancies in 31 European countries.
  • Travelling in Europe : Information from Europa for people travelling in the 27 countries of the EU, whether on holiday or business.
  • PLOTEUS : The Portal on Learning Opportunities throughout the European Space has information in 25 languages about studying in Europe, for students, job seekers, workers, parents, guidance counsellors and teachers.
  • EuropaGo : Interactive learning resource in 11 languages, to teach kids about Europe.
  • European Youth Portal  EU information for young adults, in 24 languages.
