BRUSSELS - Belgian house prices rose again last year. The price of a three bedroom home went up 10pc in 2006. The figures come from the real estate industry body ERA.
The organisation is now saying that house prices are stabilising. During the last few months of 2006 prices failed to rise any further and properties at the top end of the market weren't selling as quickly as usual.
