BRUSSELS - In the maternity ward of the Ter Linden Hospital in the Belgian seaside town of Knokkke, a world record has been set: Samuel, born weighing 5,4 kilograms and 57 centimeters in length is the biggest newborn baby ever recorded.
The baby, born two days early, is the first child of Gino Timmerman and his wife Katarina Butkova from Slovakia reports newspaper De Standaard. The baby was dressed in a sleeping suit for babies aged three months.
