The Spanish cyclist came in first in the annual cycling race on Wednesday.

FLANDERS - Spain's Oscar Freire has won Wednesday's Ghent - Wevelgem cycling race.
Freire rides for the Rabobank team.
Ghent - Wevelgem is one of the classics of the spring cycling calendar in Flanders. The race covered 209 kilometres from the East Flemish capital of Ghent to Wevelgem in West Flanders.
This year, the race is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
The race ended in a mass sprint. The Spaniard finished ahead of Aurélien Clerc of Switzerland and Wouter Weylandt of Belgium.
Marcus Burghart of Germany won the race last year.
